Hot melt and cold glue labeller for wraparound and partial labels (MAK 2)

Machine for wraparound label applications using a hot melt system on various sizes of glass or plastic bottles. The machine can be fitted with a cold glue or self-adhesive partial-label application unit. The speed of this model is 22,000 b/h.

Self-adhesive labeller with non-stop system* (MAK 3)

A self-adhesive, non-stop machine for body, promotional medallion and back label application on cylindrical and shaped bottles reaching speeds of 15,000 b/h.
*enables the machine to constantly produce at maximum speed even during coil changing.

High-speed, self-adhesive, non-stop labeller with reel winders (MAK 3)

Self-adhesive machine for application of three front labels and one back label for the glass bottles sector. The machine is equipped with a reel winder (dual reel winder), including a dual reel holder, for the rewinding of paper. It enables continuous operation, without having to stop production to change reels. The speed of the machine slows down only when connecting the label reel, returning immediately to the maximum speed of 20,000 b/h.

Large scale self-adhesive labeller for high production speeds (MAK 7 can be integrated with numerous applications and the non-stop system)

Thanks to the large carousel, the MAK 7 self-adhesive labeller can reach very high production speeds of up to 50,000 b/h. The MAK 7 guarantees integration with a range of applications, the Vision Control system and the Follower. Thanks to its characteristic ample space, reel winders can be added to the self-adhesive labelling groups for non-stop production. Finally, the large size of the MAK 7 allows the operator to work comfortably, safely and conveniently and also facilitates all machine cleaning operations.
