Bar code verifiers are complex optical-electronic devices used for examining and assesing a quality of bar codes. They may provide users not only with simple assessments of quality such as: “acceptable” or “non acceptable” but also with advanced reports including all necessary parameters and charts (with marked points complying with quality standards). Such report may be treated as a document stating the quality of bar codes and proving that controls of batches have been conducted. Such reports are generated by stationary or mobile laboratory verifiers in cooperation with PC computer.
