Opis

RSC has the wide range of products from the American company Label-Aire, which is a member of IMPAXX Inc. group providing services for, among others, the tycoon of FMCGs and bottling industry – Coca Cola.

We offer:

In our offer you will find machines dedicated to applying all kinds of labels on all types of product surfaces. The application is achieved using the air pressure method without line stoppages. Among applicators using the air pressure method, Print&Apply modules also deserve attention. These are applicators equipped with a printer (preferably Zebra, Sato, DataMax) printing labels on demand and immediately applied on the product.

Methods of application:

Wipe-On - the product is guided to the applicator using a consistent conveyor speed. A product sensor detects the product and starts the label applicator. The label is dispensed matching the speed of the conveyor. A roller is used to wipe-down the label to ensure proper adhesion. The application is done either in intermediate or continuous mode.

Tamp-Blow - a printed pressure-sensitive label is peeled from its liner and is retained by vacuum on the applicator's tamp pad. The pad is extended and blown onto the product or package. The standard applicator pad can be adapted to various label sizes, and is provided in a quick-change configuration. In just a few seconds, the tamp pad can be removed and another fastened in its place to handle a different size label.

Air-Blow- method is a variation of the tamp–blow method. The difference lies in the construction of the tamp and the way the air pressure is produced. The label is applied from a relatively short distance which enables to speed up products labeling.
