RSC Auto ID Distribution offers case sealers produced by ITW LOVESHAW. These are extremely efficient and user-friendly machines, which can be divided into two groups:

• semi automatic - uniform case sealing machines are designed for use in production environments. These case sealing systems are adjustable for box size but are best suited to batches of one size. Used in many industries uniform case sealers are fast and efficient ways to speed up many packaging bottle necks.
• fully automatic - random Case Sealers are designed for use in any packaging environment. Automatic size adjustment for the box or case size is best suited to batches of varying sizes. Perfect for many distribution environments. Random machines avoid ‘set up’ time as they self adjust for each box as it is processed.

The case sealers are equipped with self-centering rails and a mast with a spring, which keeps the upper printhead and allows for easy and fast adjustment of the print head’s height to the height of the box. Self-adhesive tape which is used seals the top and the bottom simultaneously. When the box goes through the machine, rubber rollers press the upper and bottom side of the tape. Sealed box is automatically ejected and the machine is ready for sealing the next box.
